The experience of sitting at the CEO Roundtable gave me a deeper understanding of the demands facing peer nonprofit executives. The discussions centered on organizational vision, board leadership, staff development, and donor relationship building that are all critical to a successful nonprofit. The CEO Roundtables provided a safe place for processing challenges while focusing on solution-based strategies to move our organizations forward. The relational approach that Margaret utilized was perfect for building trust and confidence that is needed for this level of leadership coaching.
